• Homes are still moving at a steady pace. Many well-priced homes are attracting buyers very quickly, with the median home going under contract within the first week.
• 🔑 Homes Sold: 54
• Buyers and sellers are continuing to make moves this summer, with 40 residential properties sold so far this month.
• 🏠 New Listings: 84
• More sellers are entering the market, creating new opportunities and more options for buyers who have been waiting for the right home.
• 📍 Current Active Listings: 333
• Inventory continues to improve, giving buyers more choices while still creating opportunities for sellers with well-prepared homes.
• 💰 Sale-to-Price Ratio: 99.89%
• Homes are selling very close to asking price, showing that pricing strategy continues to play a major role in today’s market.
